2. Quote requests are not coverage. Submitting a request does not bind, quote, or guarantee coverage or a price. Coverage exists only when an insurance company issues a policy and confirms it in writing. Rates and eligibility are set by each insurance company and can change.
3. No guarantees. We do not guarantee savings, approval, refunds, or specific tax results.
4. Do not cancel existing coverage until new coverage is confirmed in writing with a start date.
5. General information. Blog posts and website content are general information, not insurance, tax, or legal advice for your situation.
6. Your information. Please give accurate and complete information. Incorrect information can affect coverage and claims.
7. Tax services. Tax preparation begins only after you become a client and agree to our engagement terms. Do not send sensitive tax documents by email, text, or website form.
8. Third parties. Insurance companies and other third parties have their own terms and policies.
9. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the website, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
10. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, AVYRO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of this website.
11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
